This weekend I finally got to play KOF 2006... I must say I'm dissapointed. I didn't really like this game as much as I thought I would. I didn't like it that they replaced almost 75 percent of the orginal players. There were too many dorky cotumes and what was up with the last boss? What did you think?

pikapika28, I agree. I think snk and capcom need to release some new 2d material. Although 3d is the "in thing", I think there is still a big market for 2d.
Crap! I was looking forward to this one. So it stunk? I still need to play it myself though.

I agree the 2d franchise has really taken a drop, tha last good ones were Capcom vs SNK 1&2, 2 was the most challenging tho.

It's not that bad. I do miss some of the old characters (sob) but the new ones aren't particularly bad either. Luise is cool, IMO. Schmetterling!But someone get rid of the Meira brothers, please.
I've played the KOF Series, but since they've stopped including Joe and Andy I just let it go by the wayside, I play SF every now and then
