Re: Lesser Known Metal/Hard Rock Bands
I would have to go with Manowar. They are an american based band that came straight out of the 80's heacy metal stage. Unlike many other 80's bands they still have new albums coming out. While not widely popular state side they are loved over in Europe. I'd love to describe them but it's really something you have to listen to. I can tell you most of their songs sing of mid-evil battles.

Re: Lesser Known Metal/Hard Rock Bands
Name of the band: Bring me the horizon
Country:United States
Why I picked this band: This band is just amazing, simply put. the drummer is a maniac when it comes to the drums. And the Vocalist is really good when it comes to switching from screams to growls, to squeals. And the notes that the guitarist pull off is almost unreal.
Interesting stories: Well, one time they performed at a small time spot that I use to live near by. I have a poster signed by the entire band.
Anything else you would like to add:Nope
Re: Lesser Known Metal/Hard Rock Bands
I also like this local band from my area that has a few good songs, they're called Dirty lil' Rabbits. One of the drummers from Slipknot play with them.
