Thread: Magic the Gathering

i never really got into magic, i play yu-gi-oh! and duel masters.

I used to play magic a lot (but now I forgot how to play it..)..I still have my Erhnamgeddon deck though. It's somewhere here gathering dust...My friends and I used to stake out magic cards and play winner-gets-all since the cards became a bit expensive.

I've got 2 decks:

1) A red direct-damage deck revolving around goblin warrens, goblin grenades, and things like lightning and flame axe (?). Cannon fodder and artillery. The star of this deck is the An-Zherran (sp?) Ruins, which prevent whole creature-types from untapping while they are in play.

2) A black/blue zombie deck (I actually found some blue zombies) based around controlling/neutralizing your creatures (creature bond, bone dancer, and dread wight) then burying you under a pile of regenerating undead (drudge skeletons, kjeldoran dead, and drowned). All lead by my skilled general, Baron Sengir.

if only i knew what all that meant lol. my friend tried to teach me magic and i was totally lost.

i got all egiptian gods original in yugioh
but magic is a complicated game and its rep is down.

Meh, it's not for everyone. ^^ I stopped playing, I just still have my decks and a folder full of rares.
