    1. Spirited Away

    2. The final scene in Disney's "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" come on, who didnt love that scene? Death, destruction, and a big cheering crowd!

    3. Edward Scissorhands's "How do you know he's still alive?" That brought a tear to my eye.

    4. The Princess Bride's "To The Pain." One of the most badass lines to ever be birthed from Cary Elwes's mouth.
    Why hello there!

We're this many responses in, and nobody has mentioned "THIS IS SPARTA! *kicks Persian into pit of doom*" of 300 fame, shame on you all!

I know I'm probably forgetting a really great scene I've seen from some other movie, but for now, I have to hand it to that scene from 300. The scene was so good it inspired numerous copycat lines in other movies, trying to capture the sheer epicness of the moment, but always failing. As far as favorite scenes for me go in recent memory, that's the one that always sticks out in my mind. Again, to me it just perfectly captures the definition of "epic" within that moment of dialog, and I've yet to see something to tops that feeling quite yet.

    Re: Memorial Movie Scene

Ok so I finally picked one of the many, lol.

It was Spiderman 3. Towards the end where they're all fighting Venom, and Peter's ex-best friend becomes his friend again for the fight (I stupidly forgot his name). So the friend gets hit badly, and starts dying. And Peter's emotions are going crazy and haywire and it's so sad because he's loosing his best friend.

But... his expression... was.... SO... PRICELESS.

All of a sudden, tears start pouring down this bloated/enlarged shot of Peter's construed face and all I can do is burst out into a roar of laughter with the rest of the theatre. XD

I need to find a screen shot of it, seriously.

edit: ok so I found it. Bare with me, it's the best one I could find.

Various scenes in Byousoku 5cm per second!
Although it was very sad! I liked the Movie alot!
Just the scenery alone! the art throughout the
movie was awesome and great! but the ending scene
I thought was good! when Tohno and Akari cross paths
at the end and they notice each other with the sakura
falling as the pass each other! The reason I thought the
scene was great was because from that point on I think
that Tohno realizes that he has to move on! although it
was a sad I really like that scene!

Harry is his name. My most memerable movie moment is in that movie The Wedding Crasher. It's when Owen Wilson's character goes over to the legendary Chazz's house, whom is the guy who started wedding crashing. and when he waits for him to come from the back, you see Chazz's shadow and here steps Will Ferrell! I was like "OH MY GOD! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" It was so unexpected. THE MEATLOAF!

Another one was from the movie Kill Bill Vol.1 when Bill is talking to that girl Kiddo left alive. He's asking her questions and then he says "Does she know her daughter is still alive?" then it cuts off. I was like "Dude!? How could they do that to us! just cut it off like that!?" I was upset...

    Creates suspense, eh?

Another great scene from Kill Bill Vol. 1 is the fight scene with the Crazy 88's. When it went to black and white, it just reminded me of those old school lone samurai(Warrior, what have you) taking on loads and loads of worthless thugs.

Another good one is in Resident Evil when Alice comes out of the hospital and sees the city destroyed! and she finds a gun in a cop car and she looks around then cocks it? that was so cool. the camera zooms off of her slowly then it shows the entire city all muffed up. dat was cool too.
