It's a martial arts movie about a boy that has to move to Portland when his dad's dojo is invaded by thugs trying to corner the market. He eventually meets the ghost of Bruce Lee and is trained by him. The same thugs get to Portland and the one brutal martial (one of Jean Claude Van Dame's first movie roles I believe)artist challenges any and all who would face him. The boy, of course, is the one to defeat him.
