Don't know if it just me or not but having a little problem with the networking with a person. its said "To approve or deny this request, please go here." and there a hyperlink to it but when I went there, well... nothing cant find the guy there.

Is there a problem with the networking or it is just me the the guy, when networking... is that the right word?
