![]() Credits: 23,501 | Re: Next gen games ok, for me... old school: any game or game system that has come before the current systems and games. new school: the current system and games anyway, i love them both. old school games give me nostalgia factors. i remember once i played super mario bros 3 for a bit then went straight on to Bioshock. old school gives you that sense of "look how simple these games looked, felt, and played like and still were fantastic works of art." new school is like "look at the use of technology in our day, and how far it can take us visually and spiritually" however this is just my opinion.

Whoa. | Re: Next gen games Some are sweet, others are eye candy. That formula never really changes. I think Wii and the 360 have got the best to offer in the next gen library. Wii's games are a lot more multiplayer oriented, which is nice, and their latest mario and zelda games have been top notch. GH3 rocks harder than the last two combined, Halo 3, meh, was more like Halo 2.2. all around, the next gen's games are doing pretty good so far. Some are too short or too easy, but that's to be expected as gaming becomes more and more mainstream.
