Playing video games or watching it in theaters?
As i can remember we have seen video games finally popping in theaters in order to show how it works i guess... or maybe not, and now it is finally arriving time to show it all to the public.
So let me ask this; Would rather see the video games in theaters then playing the actual game?
Personally i preffer, watching the movie rather then playing the actual game. There are several reasons to why, so watching the movie from the video game is simpler and less cheating other then using cheats in order to beat the game. Playing any game is really disadvantegous, since only highly skilled players know how to play.
New players always have to acquire strategy guides in order to handle the game. In my thoughts in this one that only cheaters preffer to play it over and over to find new ways to cheat off. People that preffer finding an easier way to complete the game without complications should be by watching the movie for example; Capcom releases Onimusha, Clock Tower by the year of 2009 sometime around the fall probably.
Now member it is your turn now... :D:
Re: Playing video games or watching it in theaters?
Wait a minute now. I have been and still am a video game player. I don't use cheats to beat a game. I play because of the challenge in finding a way to beat the game or because I enjoy the roll playing. My favorite is Pokemon. I have been playing it since Red, Blue, and Yellow. While I'm no dummy, I don't consider myself a highly skilled player. But, just like sports or music or art, practice can make anyone a better player. Yes, player guides can sometimes come in handy, especially in RPG game where there are a lot of maps to remember.
Going to the movies to watch a video game movie is great. You can see the whole story and get pointers on some of the sequences that it should go through. Many video games are based off of movies, not the other way around.
I have watched and been totally amazed at kids(5-10 yrs.) That were playing and beating games that I thought were complicated. In all honesty, I feel that video games make kids smarter because you need to be able to read, do math quickly, keep track of several things at once, and most importantly To think outside the box.

Re: Playing video games or watching it in theaters?
Well in my terms on this your all right with what your saying i just simply forgot to insert it when i was in a rush typing it all down from my thoughts.
But indeed there are numerous players that want to challenge themseleves to play any game without cheats, guides or anything. Although watching the movie from the game does make it more of a sincere overview of what expect in the game rather then just simply barge in to play it, then play it.
For myself i do play games and i will not stop when i do indeed complete it for example i have been playing DinoCrisis for already five years, and i have not completed half way through because of numerous obstacles that make it hard for me to figure out what i need to go to a certain place or setting. I really do not rely on strategy guides or cheats to simply complete it in one whole hour, that is just plain wrong to me. And on top of that it would spoil the fun out of it. Agreed?
Re: Playing video games or watching it in theaters?

i see what better .it both
Re: Playing video games or watching it in theaters?
I rather play it. It kinda means the more excitement for! X3
I mean yes I'll watch the movie afterwards so I can know what I miss but I like being there in the game if you know what I mean. ^^
Playing it gives it more excitement instead of just using your eyes shouting out example," No Don't go there!" :p1: I'm kidding but I prefer video game and thats final for me. ^^
Re: Playing video games or watching it in theaters?
Depends on wat game it is. If the game is fun im playin it if its boring and i just wanna see the end then i"ll just watch it.Simple :D
