Thread: rap music

most rap music nowadays is really degrading. i used to listen to it for the beat but they are even losing that as well, i love older rapers like shaggy and vanilla ice. but mostly i'm a hard core ROCKER!

vanilla ice was a one hit wonder. he didnt even write his one hit song. and he could not rap,

I'm a metal-head to the core, but I do like some rap. Usually older stuff (Run DMC, Public Enemy, etc.) but the newer stuff is just crap in my opinion. Not to say that no one should listen to it, if it's what you like more power to you. Just don't expect me to get on that wagon.

@ princess lady~~watever you say, i like him because none of his songs are "dirty". the only modern rapper i like is will smith b/c his songs are also clean.

well fayt lingod thatsa your opinion. i say vannila ice cant rap to save his life and will smith is pretty good his song switch was hot but hes a better actor. and i kuv me some yung joc and t.i!!

well keep that up then, your just like my brother. just don't try to freestyle everything you say like he does.
