[Do you remenber the classic 1950s and 1060s sci-fis and horroe movies? and the ones that was made during the atomic age.
I remenber how interesting it was to watch them on tv while Iwas going up.
some have been remade and more grosser than the orginal.
take THE FLESH EATERS will the remade is the movie called CABIN FEVER about flesh eating coodies(GERMS).Vampire movies has been made and remade and spon off for a long time since the classic vampire movie from universal studios tough 1950 though 60s to 70s up to 80s some horror movies are perverted and sexual content.some have been into real stupid like night of living dead
but the orginal Night of living dead was also Classic and it 's day time one called DAWN OF THE DEAD has been into 1 serious scary blood fest horror movie. 1 good horror movie comes to mind is from H.G Wells
Food of the Gods bloody horror of attack of very large rats attacking people
and the War Of The Worlds a real classic that scared the hell out people back than, during the cold war they made a fake tv broadcast of a nuclear attack.
and I have seen some Atomic Age movies and some is very grim
Take, On the Beach it had 1 remake and and the judgment
sad about losing some one from radioactive fallout.

i think horror movies and sci-fi movies made today have lost there luster becuase they think a nipple here or a shot between a sexy girls leg there makes the money. i think thats just nothing but trash. Give me somce vincent price or Boris karloff any any day.
my favorote move from back then was the day the earth stood still they ruined it with the remake last year. there even remaking the wolf man the origanle had Lon Chaney Jr. not sure of i spelled his name right. i just know they ruined it with nudity and more gore then they need.
i wish they would go back to making them without the nudity or sexual sugestions that they use now.

I loved the old horror movies like creature of the black lagoon and the Lon Cheney werewolf movies. Clint Eastwood was so young in the second Creature Of The Black Lagoon.
