    Re: samurai jack

    i could never stand samurai jack. it annoyed me very much. what i am saying is its about this samurai named jack who gets sent to another world by aku who is some shadow dragon looking thing and it talks. i mean what is this show trying to accomplish and why was it made? what is the point? (sorry to all samurai jack fans. take no hard fellings please.)
    The battle of the best ninja..who will rise to the top? Maybe Sasuke. Maybe Naruto.
    Thanks to ryomakurosaki for the sig ^^

    I own all 4 Seasons on DVD, a very epic show. I love it, the quests Jack goes on are just awesome, gotta love The Scotsman as well. I'm glad it's back on air to give it another chance to gain more fans, hopefully leading up to a SJ Movie that Genndy has spoken of.

    And their really is no age limit for SJ, I know quite a few old farts who love the show

    I missed this show for a long time. My favorite episode was when he was in the graveyard. I hope I can catch it on T.V. I never did see the ending. Was the ending satisfying?

    Re: samurai jack

    It is stated on the inside jacket of the Season 4 DVD that Genndy still thinks the best way to finish off the story is to do a feature-length movie, and goes on to state that this will hopefully be in the "near future".

    Newly formed production company Frederator Films has announced in Variety that one of their first projects will be a feature film adaptation of Samurai Jack, written and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky.
    And I emailed Frederator Films awhile back, they still want to do the movie and plan to, they just don't know when it's going to happen, I think if the show does well on CN, then it would be a good time to make the movie, IMO.

    Re: samurai jack

    Samurai Jack is in my opinion, the ONLY successful Cartoon Network original...so far. (Ben 10 MIGHT yet have a chance of being considered "good") Ofcourse the level of animation is nothing compared to the standards of others shows but it is certainly a unique and rarely seen style that just seems to capture the audiences' attention. The storyline is certainly unique and I must say that all the action is quite fun too.

    ...but thats really all I can say on it. ^^;
