Hey i just rented this last night and i was wondering if anyone had some useful hints and tips.or any knowledge you would like to share.and i get lost anfter i find the whole in the bathroom,the game wont let me look at things with the eye icon./.im lost..help!
you have to use a strategy guide with any silent hill game. they make you look for stuff in the strangest places, like all the way across town will be an item you need.Quote:

One bit of advise: when you find an Ampoule, save it! There are only two in the game, and they restore you to full health no matter what your condition is.
lolz. I got stuck at the first part. ^^ I was confused how come I was viewing the room using the first point of view. actually, once you find the hole in the toilet, enter it.. before that, do grab your pipe. ^^
and in it, walk your way around.. meet a girl.. whack the dogs..
and yea.. Im stuck at that shitty part too where there's a huge 'thingy' stucked to the wall and no matter how I whack it.. (=_=) nothing to it.

Try Gamefaqs if you are stuck.
I don't advise it though, SH games are always intricate puzzles. Make your mind work a little.
