agreed as well. I mean, they even took krillin out of dragonball and inserted a random mexican kid! When ever have they truly stuck with the story ? Never or hardly ever..
Anyway i just hope they stick with the story line and not screw it up horribly.If they do it right and seeing Spielberg is interested in it , it should turn out pretty good i would think.But i wont hope to much seeing they will probably find some way to mess it up as they have many times before.

and that's the reason why almost every game-to movie movie was a terrible flop. Resident evil, anyone? you cant take a survival/horror themed game and expect to make a good action movie. just like i dont expect them to make a good modern- dayish american themed movie on Dragon Ball.
the closer they stay with the plot of the original, the better.
on another note they better have those Tachikomas in the movie

Spielberg Doing ghost in the shell to me doesnt seem like its write for him at all and i dont really think it going to come out the way people thought it was going to come out with Spielberg really .

Well i hope he does a good job on it because if he doesnt i will say i knew he couldnt make anime movies i knew it.
