    Time-passer for football fans

Just wasted some time on this: www.heybuttercup.com (click on “The Gridiron Classic”). Fun for a while. How’d you score?

Hey, that wasn't bad. Do you have the superfan package? I was wondering how they work the audio for the 8 games on 1 screen. Is it silent, or a mix, or what?

I do have it, I signed up last week. It is awesome. Watching the games in HD can't be beat. The 8 on 1 thing: it's basically like navigating a website, you have all the games on the page and you can highlight and "click" them with a cursor to go to them. Anyway, whichever one you have highlighted is the one you hear.

Another superfan question: how does the redzone channel work? what do they do if two teams are in the endzone at once? how bout if no one's there?

The redzone channel is awesome - it's basically like having an omnipresent person that knows what's where on every channel at once, so they just switch to the most exciting game they can, without delay. Usually it's pretty good. They just cut to whatever game is the most exciting, and then they'll say things like "now we're taking you over to the bears/seahawks". I think if two teams are there at once they'll just cut to whichever is the most exciting/popular, and if no one is they'd just show whatever game is the closest.
