ok well im known as a rap freak and guessing that im a rap freak, you would say this next post is about a rap song. well your wrong.
in the days before i got to enjoy rap i was into alot of hardcore metal music, and one of my favourite bands ever was System of a Down (SOD).
SOD is an amazing band because it was primarily founded on the grounds to protect the people from governmental injustice. many of their songs spoke about the american government and economy, such as B.Y.O.B (bring your own bombs)
Hollywood, ADD (American Dream Denial) Chop Suey, and much more.
my favourite song from them has to be Boom, which is a very controvercial song concerning itself with the use of nuclear weapons. under is the youtube link and the lyrics (censored of course)

Who wants to live forever : Queen
Freddie's singing is so heartbreaking. His voice possibly the greatest loss to music. The words cry out to you. The music is beautiful and in places soaring. I always wondered if he knew he was dying when he wrote this song? And the ending building from a heart beat, soaring, then it fades out.
