whats a good website to download music

my friend needs some website to download some good anime music and some techno also i think rock and i don'r know of any websites so i need some help PLEASE!!!!

Sorry dude, but I don't think I'm allowed to do that. Check out the rules/FAQ you'll know what I mean ^_~ (If I'd post links here about downloading music, which is already a no no, it'll probably be advertising... and I'd get an infraction for doing so).
