lol and here i was thinking i was the only one. i'm half vietnamese and i can't stand vietnamese music either. whenever my dad invites his friends over and they start singing vietnamese songs, i run next door... literally.

lol. but yeah, the traditional vietnamese music is tolerable, just not the more, erm, what you'd called "modern" songs. sometimes, the males sound like they're half asleep while singing, and the females... well, i could almost compare them to nails scraping on a chalkboard at times.

don't get me wrong here - i can't be offensive towards my own (half) race. i'm just being honest lol.

i'm vietnamese too, but i don't like our songs though. adam ho is awesome. the last time i saw him was at paris by night.
