Currently, I have quite a neat idea, on which I am going to base and develop a story that I am planning to write, and maybe turn it into a manga like story book. Anyway! I cannot really help you to come up with a story, but what you can do is to pick a theme that you have an interest in, and further work on it. Well you could make the story about how one day theres no electricty, gasoline, gunpowder dont work in the 21st century any more so the world is set back centuries and people have to work in clans, money has no value but food, weapons do etc...

@jovanny: Going for the fantasy theme I see? You could always stories like how elves and other mystical creatures at war or something like that....its your story, you think of something.

heheh, harsh but true...you could give some advice for insipiration though. Also not all ppl that thinks of the story makes the entire manga. Some ppl have one person write the story and another that does all the artwork.

True, but he/she should not come here and ask for ideas for a story...maybe if they wanted to collaborate with someone else to make a manga then it'd be ok. But not straight out asking for ideas.

I made up a story for english, and I'm gonna try and make it into a flash animation, anime styled. Sooo, you need halp on story ideas eh. OK, fantasy based. Lets see, you want cute little fuzzy animals too...swords and evilness...ok, got it. Please note, I'm making this up as I go so it's a little rough and sketchy.

Mister cute and fuzzy, (<-- give him a name, I'm horrible at them), is walking down a dark road one night with a cloak over his head. He randomly sees other cloaked figures as he walks down the road of his same kin, and other kinds of people that have large teeth, or tails, or even float a little above the ground thanks to holes in the back of the coat to allow wings to flutter. For some reason, he sees no normal humans, even though they dominate the lands all over, none live in this part. He shudders, what type of place is this he thinks.
He notices an Inn, 2 hours after dusk. As he enters, and removes his cloak, he sees that this is no ordinary place, the creatures here are far too tall, and they where black armor as if it was created by darkness itself. They all seemed to crowd around the center of the room. With nought but the drunkard left to drink by the bar. He started towards the bar, but a small gleem amongst the dark armour cought his eye, green cloth, it belonged to a woman, a human woman, she had a dagger out and a bow across her back atached to a pack. She was panting.
"Best stay out of it", said the barkeeper, "Don't want to get caught up in her business." But at that moment the black armoured figures charged at the woman, she was caught and thrown to the ground. And mister cute and fuzzy reacted before he thought and his blade was out in an instant. A dark knight turned around and faced him. "He's with her, take him out." And then the dark thing attacked him...

Well, that was a large amount of writing on my part. You finish it. And add your own style of writing. Just don't use word for worfd please.
BTW, this ain't the story I made up for my flash, k.
Though it's best to make up your own story, it's sometimes best to start looking and trying different storylines that already exist, bending them to your will. Then when your confident enough, make your own.

Now as for learning how to draw cute fuzzy things. Well, I read this book in my library, I think it was How to Draw Anime and was a big 10" by 14" inch book. Something like that. If you can't figure out what I'm talking about, google "How to draw Anime Animals"
