i think that you've missed a lot of top quality DJ but out of that specific list Tiesto hands down is the best i saw him in Paris and Tokyo and he was just great his sets were all solid and he had everyone just grooving all night. i know i had a good time that's for sure!

Did I?, hmm... i think i did this because i read from different kinds of reviews and i am dearly interested into what the public has to offer from, because it is not up to me to simply put stuff that i do not know.

Another thing is that i think what i missed is how the importance from the events has been taken and also what memories has been brought by. There are top quality DJ's that has been compared to the top ones that are being popular nowadays, and is not because of the looks it is by the beats that are being composed and created.

And also i wanted to say that, hope you had a great time with the appearence with DJ Tiesto he is a super person with great potentials into creating new music everyday.

Yes, indeed these are the lastest DJ's that has been categorized as the top 5 DJ's that are going to compete for the number one ruling stage. And it seems i made it hard for anyone that has their favorite DJ up on the poll because this will be interesting to watch on who gets to be the next number one DJ of the world.

i actually went to see ATB recently in Toronto [i live there ] lol and truth be told....he's no Tiesto...of Van buuren for that matter......David Guetta, Paul Okenfold, Ferry Corsten......
Hell you could throw Daft Punk up there. i don't think that dj's should be ranked by what they are doing right now but their reputation over the years......anyone can hop on the scene and come out with hit tracks, but can they keep doing it?!

There are many other talented Djs that have been around for years and i am surprised they didn't make the cut. If i had to choose between those five, i would got for Tiesto because i listen to his mixes and whatnot and honestly the dude rocks.

The whole topic of this thread is pure speculation. There is no need for polling here especially when the ones you put for the running are all talentless no-bodies that don't deserve the publicity. Especially ATB, god i hate that dude. The DJ Magazine is 131 pages of pure BS also. Just like their top DJ lists.

Everyone should be voting for Paul Van Dyke.


Lets give credit where credit should be due here. Producers that are actually skilled in the DJing craft.

RJD2 for example. The tracks he creates with the samples he uses are genius.

Dangermouse is great too, You guys know of him as the Producer of the Gorilalz Demon days album, the Grey Album, The Mouse and Mask, and is One half of the Gnarls Barkley Duo. He was at the Palladium in dallas, and was freakin' awesome.
