Well let me see infraction makes you loose points and sometimes is you loose a lot of points you cannot access features that you want to go but i will go into that later then explaining it right now.
Well in order to change the title is you might want to ask the moderator to do that because you made a mistake into creating it without making sure.
Also try to make it attracting the title that might be able to help you if you need a lot of people to answer your question that needs in answer.
