Thread: World of Starcraft?

Unfortunately it is quite true and World of Warcraft has already established what i like to call a monopoly on the market. It would be very hard to get Starcraft on the same level of WoW. Starcraft should just remain as an RTS because it's good at being what it does best.

i agree...starcraft should stick to what it knows best..however a futuristic setting for an mmo wouldnt be a bad thought...but i dont think starcraft should be it...just come up with somethin completely different.

i'll have to agree with Blade X on this one, i just can't imagine an mmorpg of starcraft. unless in some way there are able to mold aspects of mmorpg and RTS into each other. like have some sort territory u have to defend or take over, like defending planets as such. now i would really enjoy that, and of coarse they should through a story in there to boot.

but i don't think that will happen. i just hope they don't make a different type of WoW, by just changing character and setting. that would only annoy me. they need to bring out something new to catch my attention.. well that what i feel.
