Since the old thread on the same topic has been locked, I decided to make a new one.
My favourite music genre is Emo. It's my favourite because I can relate to the music in that particular genre more then any other, and simply it's the sound I like the most. I'm into the more agressive side of this genre rather then the more pop sounding stuff like Fall Out Boy (I do like some of those more pop sounding emo bands, but the more agressive bands are the better ones in my opinion, e.g. The Used, Escape The Fate).
Lately I've been hooked on rap, Lil Wayne to be exact. I really like the beats and flow of rap songs I find it nice to listen to when I'm high. I grew up around rap also which brings those warm fuzzy feelings when listening to Pac and Biggie.
Get a pound break it down smoke it like trial!
Electronic, it's what I am invested in and it almost always sounds good. I'm not talking about any of this stupid techno stuff. Serious electronic music like Klaus Schulze or Kraftwerk.
I would go with ska. You get all the instrument of a regular band, plus some brass instruments. Also, I can dance to it.

I would have to go with roack and roll including JRock. It is the awesome attitude and liberating beats that do it for me.
