Well ive been wondering, the yellow flash ( 4th hokage) and Jiraya are pretty much alike.Heres whats alike and diferent from them so ill be making the list.

ALIKE:

1.They both know the huge old toad
2.they know rasengan (remebr 4th hokage invented the jutsu)
3.they both have a smile the whole time
4.theyr hair is spiky
5.well im guessing since the yellow flash is narutos father he would have a strong bond with him and so does Jiraya
6.The 4th hokage dint become hokage before he killed the toad so he must have been a sannin,maybe a legendary like Jiraya the LEGENDARY SANNIN!
7.Theyr both strong,powerfull,
8.Spiky hair

HUGE DETAIL:In one of the movies when naruto was running across a hall the 4th hokage passed right by him!!!!!!!!omg that means HES ALIVE!!!!

Wat do u think is Jiraya the actual 4th hokage or is he just Jiraya ?

If I remember correctly, Jiraya had a flashback in a few episodes, in which he was training with Tsunade and Oorochimaru. In which he was tied to the post and had White hair even then. I don't believe that the Fourth was Him. Besides references that Jiraya and Tsunade make about the Fourth.

No he is not. It seems very unlikely. It would be weird that he would go and recruit a hokage. All of those same techniques could have been taught to him by the 4th. So no, I don't think he is the 4th hokage.

The 4th hokage was trained by jiraiya just like naruto. He was only in his early twenties when he died. Jiraiya is 50. So... no jiraiya isn't the 4th. Oh BTW sannin refers to the ones trained by the 3rd.
