kossetsu shita

In naruto the normal village people die with one sword slash while ninjas can take about 5 and still fight. Whats with this aren't ninjas humans as well? Is this because of their years of training and will power or something else? i wouls like to hear everyones ideas.

Its mostly because it would make writing for the series much more difficult if normal people were as hard to kill as the ninjas...

It isn't a productive process to try to question a basic premise of a series. First of all, there are far too many similar questions that can be asked. (e.g. Why do ninjas bother fighting each other? Why can't normal people become ninjas?? Why doesn't God come and destroy all the heathens in the series???), and Second, discussion of these subjects don't contribute anything, as ultimately its up to the original Manga-ka, and anime series writers to decide how things work in their universe...
