Well there are countless funny moments in Naruto, but like the dude before me already said i personally died laughing when Kakashi showed to Naruto for the first time the "Thousand years of pain" hit(im not pretty sure if the name is right), i mean the move when he poked him in the but on his test to get the bells
I personally loved when Naruto used the attack previously used on him by Kakashi, as stated just before me, "A Thousand Years of Pain", on Gaara/Shukaku. Absolutely classic. Love the reactions of everyone around to see it.
i agree with everyone. i loved all of those moments. my fave was when naruto used his Sexy Jutsu during the test with Iruka.
I have alot of funny parts in Naruto on my mind but, I liked the part where it first introduces Gai and how Lee and him were so dramatic. That was funny!
funniest part in naruto is probaly when naruto, sakura and sasuke try to find out what kakashi really looks like....and the 3 ninjas want revenge on kakashi because kakashi got there girl XD...

best funny moment is the episode when the three [naruto, sasuke and sakura] are trying to find out how kakashi's real face looks like
also the consistent "research" that the frog sage "jirya" does
The funniest moment in Naruto would have to be when Naruto finds an odd shaped watermelon for what Jiraya wanted. A misunderstanding could turn so much into humour.
Also, when Naruto was always getting bashed and hurt where ever he went with konohamaru. Especially when he was trying to learn that jutsu.
Though it's not a particular scene, I find the relationship of Gai-sensei and Kakashi-sensei to be quite funny. You know, how Gai is all like, "I'm Kakashi's greatest rival!!!" and Kakashi's like, "I'm sorry, did you say something?" They make me laugh.
