If I had to choose out of the two which one was cuter. Hmmm that would be very difficult. I love Neji's eyes and his attitude at time but my vote would go to Sasuke. He is out to win and that is all he cares about really. He is cute and quiet he thinks and says nothing about what he thinks about.
Yuck how about niether. Neji's got that friggin scar on his head and Sasuke's just a weirdo all around. I'm more into Kiba. The other two would bite the dust against him.
