I assume you are asking the question straight, not a who do you think is cute kind of question. So, speaking from a they don't do it for me point of view...
I would have to say Neiji stands out slightly more.
They both have slightly feminine features. Sasuke is slightly more in facial features though.
Neiji has the silver eyes, and long hair, that makes him stand out more. His features appear as if they would become more masculine as he gets older. Where as Sasuke has a look that would pretty much stay the same.
Therefore, I would have to say that Neiji stands out more facially.

When you put both of them together, that's a hard question to amswer. It's only because i like Sasuke. But out of the two it's Neji, because he is so much smarter than Sasuke (go ahead an disagree). He is also in taking on Naruto full on and convinced that he would win.
Neji of course, Sasuke is a show off and he is just not my type :lurk:
