Well jiriya aside from being silly and a pervert he is also a skilled ninja with maney techniques that most dont know. Also he has trained with the 4th hokage and lets not forget this teacher was the 3rd hokage so the real questin is how maney more move's does jiriya have that we dont know about?( jiriya's hermit mode is cool for those of you who know it)

He didn't train "with" the 4th Hokage he was the 4th's sensei (teacher) BIG difference.
