I don't see how you can say that jiraiya can beat anyone and then follow up with the fact that you found out that he is getting owned by pain. It doesn't really make sense and Itachi and Kisame didn't even fight jiriaya so you can't really say that he had problems with him.

Even if they sent they're weakest to fight jiraiya would get owned. Because in the minds of the akatsuki their newest recruit is who they'd send. And that would be Tobi.

jiraiya probably could take out most of the akatsuki.but since

i agree with anonymous jiraiya was killed by the akatsuki but jiraiya wouldnt be able to kill any akatsuki member unless they were not very skilled such as kisame, sasori, deidara etc. tobi aka madara uchiha, pein, itachi, etc. they would wipe the floor with jiraiya

._. lol Sasori basically killed sakura and the grandma 3 times >_> they were just cheap. They literally used pheonix downs to keep themselves from actually dying. And it took 2 of them >___> to take down sasori. Jiraya vrs a metal sand version of gaara >___>;;;; I think Jiraya would lose so bad. and be careful what you say guys about Kisame.. we have yet to see the extent of his power. He is teamed up with Itachi for a reason I didn't even realize how strong itachi really was until I saw him fight sasuke a match which he threw mind you. I can see Jiraya killing the unkillables... possibly mainly the weaker one... the stronger one.. that'd be intresting... Deidra lol hell yeah. Kisame is a different stroy o.O he is still alive... something tells me he has alot more strength then first glances. lol the paper girl got so pwned so quick by jiraya.
