down right Itachi.....he killed his family friends and everyone in the village besides Sasuke is dead and also he had to kill his best friend to gain the special sharigan(I forgot the name) and he gave Sasuke the horrible memories

^^i agree itachi would be number one. killing most of the clan leaving it almost extinct. thats raw. the 2nd would be orochimaru, since he uses people as containments for body. he's mainly using them as pawns and doesn't care if they die or not.

orochimaru didnt kill the 4th .he killed the 3rd. the 4th was killed during the sealing of the kyuubi

i think its orochimaru.he uses people and throws them away like trash and he
turned on the leaf village for reasons i still dont understand.and he wants to destroy
the leaf village...so yeah

madara is worse, who knows whats up in his head? itachi doesn't come close because he killed everyone for sasuke, and pain may be no slouch but he at least wants peace, even if it is a messed up version.
