Id also have to say the snake it was able to fend off both the slug and the frog at the same time

I think the most powerful summond monster is the frong to because like you said what other monster gots it on weapon but tsunades slug can spit asiid out its mouth so that better that just mixing fire w/oil

Nine tailed fox was a summon corret so i belive that one would be the strongest

Orochimaru and his snake quite happily go 1vs2 against frog and slug with respective owners.

Massive summons aside, Kakashi's dogs are pretty cool and you can't dislike Gai's tortoise!

pains summoning jutsu the king of hell is the strongest it is a giant demon that can suck the soul from an enemy (like the hokages giant reaper that can suck the soul from the enemy at the cost of your own soul) except this doesnt require pain to use his soul to use this ability

Well if we mean ANYTHING that can be summoned, my answer is the first and second hokages. Orochimaru summons them in the battle against the third hokage and its pretty cool.scorch
