Hinata & Neji's eyes are different because of their Bloodline limit (never figured out why they're called that...), just like Sasuke's eye's go red with those commas when his Bloodline Limit kicks in. With Gaara, perhaps he's got some foreign blood in him, & Sakura, well, I got nothing there.

Like I said before, I don't think it's based in our world at all. Unless ninjas started coming out of China all of a sudden...

I'd show you a pic of their world's map, but I am yet to find it again. I swear it looks like a slightly altered map of China...

I maintained a blondish orange hair due after I graduated from high school for two months or so. And I am not Irish, but I had red hair for a while. If popular demand calls for it, I can post them pictures. -,-

~!!!! Besides, those characters are fictional. Did you know that the whole idea of "Chakra" isn't Japanese? It comes from India. My grandfather told me countless ninja stories when I was little, but he never mentioned that they worked with their chakra.

Um are you stuck in this who Asians have to look like a certain way racial thing. It's anime so he doesn't have to look like what you think he has to. Also anime has some inmaginative elements in it ,doesn't mean it has to be correct in every way.

My... *sigh* Didn't you realise that it's just anime? I guess the creator of this anime wants it to be like that. Maybe that's the only explanation. Oh, and one more... To me, anime is "colourful'. Maybe that's why I don't really care... Japanese?... Hmn.... But I've seen other anime series like that. It's natural- I guess.... To make it more interesting... *chuckles*
