I think Naruto and Hinata was the best couple. They were perfect!The 2nd i think is Naruto and Sakura. The 3rd i say is Shikamaru and Temari.

If it were possible, I would definitely go with Hinata and Naruto. Even though it's still an unrequited love relationship, the thought of how good of a couple they would make is good. I'm just also kind of surprised that Naruto is so dumb to realize Hinata's feelings for him. How dense can Naruto be? I just hope at least Naruto figures out that Hinata likes him. It would be really sad if he never figured that out. :(
