Naruto the next DBZ? - Page 3

If the series continues for about five generations then maybe it will.Other then that it will never be like dbz.

I do think that Naruto can be considered this generation's DBZ. I mean it's so popular now and we are now having a mini Anime fan boom. As for it becoming as popular as DBZ became I think that has yet to be seen. Sure, a lot of people are talking about it and really like it but I don't see any magazines being produced for this one anime and I don't see movie after movie being produced but I'm sure there will be one. It is also yet to be seen if it will last as long in popularity as DBZ did. The DBZ series was popular for quite a few years and still popular with many people (I know I will always love DBZ). We have yet to see that with Naruto and I think it may have the potential to be as popular as DBZ. We just all got to wait and see.

It's so funny but you are completely right if you go to walmart right now you will see naruto clothes, toys, headbands, dvd's and even MANGA I'm seriouse they have a tiny manga section most of which is completely devoted to naruto.

To a fat guy, comparing naruto to DBZ is like comparing a fudge cake (naruto) to brocoli (DBZ). times have changed. DBZ is old now. SO GO NARUTO!!! woot!!!

Naruto does resemble DBZ in many aspects of the anime and therefore,i reckon that Naruto is the next DBZ.After all,DBZ is getting old and something new needs to take its place.So yeah.

Now I think about it Naruto is becomeing more and more common because now their showing Naruto English Dub on TV, which what happend to DBZ.

Naruto is basically DBZ with a Ninjutsu twist. But ppl seem to like it. But in my eyes, some of the greatest anime is being done over. But it will be a cold day in Hell before I decide to quit watching it!

True some animes are becoming over done however in the case of naruto This anime is far from over unlike DBZ that was pulled along for to long when it should have been done a long time ago

DBZ can never compare itself to Naruto. First of all, its was so short. Second, its plots were not as sophisticated as today's modern anime.

For one thing DBZ is consedered one of the pioneer animes. So if there was no DBZ then Naruto may never have existed. And DBZ was not that short. The story started off with Dragon Ball and continued untill all the charachters kids kids were old. SO HOW ABOUT DEM APPLES!!!?.... sorry about the yelling but I got exited
