Is Naruto Shippuuden too slow paced?
How many of you think that naruto shippuden is to slow paced????? i mean all they do is talk and the fights (as scarce as they are) are too..... slow and not interesting...... i mean, they throw a few punches and kicks, maybe throw something and its over
the fight with gaara took wat.... 5 to six episodes when it could have been crammed into 3 tops.......... and look wat has happened in the first 14 episodes.......... i know they have some explaining to do but come on! i got all pumped for the season opener all they did was talk.......... how many of you feel like this!?!?!?

But if they rush through the story arcs, then they'll catch up with the Manga series again, resulting in more seasons of 'filler' episodes!!! Its better off for the series writers to take their time and fully explore the manga story line...
Re: Is Naruto Shippuden to slow paced?
i must agree with prof. oak dude here, hes definitly right. japan dosent wanna sit through years of crappy filler arcs again.
Re: Is Naruto Shippuden too slow paced?
The point of any episodes slow paced and repetitive is to not have them catch up to the actual storyline of the book.Fillers are so boring and pointless,so it is understandable why the actual story takes time to finish in the episodes.
Re: Is Naruto Shippuden too slow paced?
yes fillers do suck, and japan knows that. thats why their playing it safe and going slow. i just hope that toonami doesnt play all the fillers, but they probably will.
Re: Is Naruto Shippuden too slow paced?
everything takes so long 2 come to north america but subtitles work k, by the way i also say that fillers do ruin most animes but there r exceptions...
Re: Is Naruto Shippuuden too slow paced?
yes, i saw a shirt on the web that had the konoha leaf and said, "filler Surviver" i wanted one.
anyway its about like this; nobody wants more fillers, so they take it slow so they never happen again

Yes indeed is true, but even if they catch up to the manga they can still make fillers that could be more interesting than the previous one.
