Naruto Uzumaki - main character

Naruto Uzumaki is the main character in the popular Anime Series - Naruto. Often he is seen as a loud hyperactive, adolescent ninja who constantly searches for approval and recognition.

I think that the more one knows about Japan and its culture, the more you can appreciate Anime. Take a look at the name Naruto Uzumaki. Did you know that Uzumaki also means whirlpool in Japanese. I think this sums up well why they gave him the name Naruto. A whirlpool is something rough and dangerous, and Naruto Uzumaki's personality is similar.

now tht i did not know, mmm well i've bin reading the manga and i gotta agree with u. A lot of stuff happens with naruto, especially his nine tails, even orcihmaru said it was certain for him to be hit with one of his technques

Naruto is freaking awesome and yes it is very fitting. i need to read more manga for naruto but so far the anime is great with Uzumake Naruto(thats how they say it in the Japanese version) in the lead.

i think it is both of it.
then it said naruto isn't good to be classified as underestimate enemy.

The name 'Uzumaki Naruto' is also a pun that refers to the spiral patterned dried fish cake that is often used as a garnish (and actually shown in the series) in his favorite ramen soup dishes....

Actually the Uzumaki was the shape of the swirl in the fish which was liek a whirlpool and the fish it self was called naruto. this was actually best on japanese ramen that naruto the character seemed to like himself
