Thread: Is naruto weak without the kyubi???

He's is extremely weak without those powers. He's not bright, has no special talent, a bit resourceful but that's it.

This is one of the major gripes I had with his fight against Neji.
Neji was always boasting about talent and potential and Naruto was going to prove him wrong but there's no denying that without his extreme Kyuubi powers he wouldn't have stood a chance.
What a way to discourage Rock Lee who was always trying to beat Neji. =\

O come on now. naruto rarely ever uses the Kyuubi if you pay close attention its all naruto and his Kage Bunshin No Jutsu and his never give in ethic. i think his is a exxelent ninja withought the Kyuubi because he almost never uses it.

Thant maybe true but he wouldn't be where he is without it. If it wasn't there to help him in his fight with Sauske, he would have been murdered. He may get by sometimes with his tricks and played out techniques, but without that fox he would have died a long time ago.

The only reason he can do the Kage Bunshin No Justsu so well is because:
a) He trained a lot on it
but more importantly:
b) He uses Kyuubi's vast amounts of chakra to make the extreme amount clones.

Wow you must not pay close attention to the show..thats his chakra he uese when he doese Techgu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu he DOEST NOT use the kyuubis chakra often if you cared to play close attenion. true he wouldnt be where he is withought it but still he is a adept fighter even withought the fox.

Will you people ever get better arguments than "pay closer attention"?

Every big Technique Naruto does (all 2 of them ) uses a ton of chakra. Especially with Naruto because he's not able to conserve his chakra effectively.
Where does he get all that chakra? Not from himself that's for sure.
