i just recently saw this naruto thing on CN where they showed
100 episodes i got to see a few of them after not ever watching it
before and i was wondering is that guy with grey hair ,the teacher guy
i guess is he some kind of super strong ninja?.

because in the episodes i saw he seems to know a lot
but he never really fights he just sits there or talks to his
pupils.

i am asking since i really could never get into watching
it becuase of doing things but since i did watch some episodes
i am curiouse about that guy.

Background: Team 7's teacher, and has a mysterious background regarding his Sharingan that everyone's dying to find out.

The Deal with him: Kakashi's the 1st ninja in the series that we see wearing a mask. His past is shrouded in mystery. His left eye is an implanted Sharingan eye which he used to copy over thousands of techniques, and earned him the nickname of Copy Ninja Kakashi. Infact, his only original move is the Chidori (Chirping of a Thousand Birds) or later also known as Raikiri (Lightning Edge) for cutting through lightning.

Team 7 is the 1st group of Genins that Kakashi passed as it seemed that they have comprehended the importance of teamwork. Yet now, it seems that the teamwork is falling apart because of Sasuke's wussi-ness.

Though cool and very attractive, Kakashi is a somewhat biased teacher as we see that he places more energy in teaching Sasuke. He's not as serious when teaching Naruto and seems to give up on Sakura. He might be making the same mistake as Sandaime Hokage for 'investing' in the wrong ninja.

Kakashi is seldom on time for an appointment because he always spends too much time staring at his dead best friend's grave (how he died is another mystery).

yes he douse fight once in a while but hes not dat gud so i think i think Jiraiya can take him. the only technique that kakashi has dats any gud is the chidori and its ok but nuthing compared 2 the full power of the rasengan.

you kidding me he's like awsome and he is interesting obviously not as much as the main characters but he's really cool and he has like all the abilities the chunnin has. after you get to the shipudden episodes you find out exactly which one of naruto's friends powers he really has.

There is a reason why he acts so relaxed and why he is always late that is actually quite sad.... but it doesn't appear until later episodes. He is one of the most powerful ninja of the village.
He favors Sasuke beacuse their technique is really similar.
i don;t want to give away too much because your just starting to watch. the backstory of most of the characters is worth it. first few episodes are lame but they get better!

Kakashi is stronger than he looks, and knows more than he lets on.

btw. he actually wears three masks.
