Eh its hard to say, but I lean toward gay because he often insults both Sakura and Ino, both very pretty girls.
Plus just look at how he dresses. I dont see how it helps him with anything other than looking gay.

LOL me and my friends have been debating about this too. i think Sai is staight I think he'll end up with Sakura at least if Naruto doesn't. i think Sakura and Sai would make a cuter couple than Naruto and Sakura. plus they'd never but a gay person on disney.
