Sakura. She can now heal people and Destroy large masses of earth without even trying. Before she couldn't do much at all. She's more of a supporting character in part one and is promoted to Main Character in Shippuuden.

Ketaro-kun, All Naruto's Teammates become Chuunin [With the exception of Temari, Kankuro, Neji, (Jounin) And Gaara (Kazekage)] and he remains a Genin. Shikamaru Remains Chuunin and Sasuke Genin.

Gaara changed mostly before Shippuden though. Anyways, Sakura changed the most when you think about it. Though I completly missed Hinata with long hair o.o...I'm happy everyones changed since their all teenagers now...finally, it's been what...8/9 seasons long.

I think ever one changed for the better (not Sauke though) he use to be my favorite until he started trying to kill naruto he could have become more stronger if he just put more effort like naruto but he thought just because he had that cursed seal and the chidori and the sharingan it would be enough and hewas a jerk to but i think he'll come back around but till thin he's still a jerk in my book but every body elses changes are for the better the new jutsu's and technics and the looks and the new attitudes are all good

lol i thought i was one of few who noticed tho its more of a almost pink colored head bend to match her hair. And i think naruto emproves alot too and let's not forget how hinata is becoming less shy and more confident in herself ^_^.

Everybody basically changed. Most of them in appearance but some of them in strenght and character. They all got a lot more mature anyway. XD

But if I have to pick it'd be:
Shino > He looks more packed then ever, even naruto couldn't recognize him
Gaara > He changed alot in his personality, he got wiser, stronger and kinder
Akamaru> He grew like hell! He's a big dog now, kiba can sit on him XD
Sakura > She changed not only physically but also mentally... She also got a lot more strenght and power. She learned from the best

(Actually all 3 our hero's Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura have learned from the best... The three Legendary sannins)

Since Sakura changed in both ways. I think she changed the most. And all of the characters, changed in a good way.
