kakashi...no doubt in my mind he could pwn the other jounin.
If i had to say in terms of jutsu it would probly be kakashi just because he nows a lot of jutsu but then again(*minor spoilers*)Yamato could also be considered pretty stong in his own right.
I think the strongest jounin is kakashi i think!
But for sure he has good moves.
But the fastest jounin is Guy sensai...
kakashi. hes got the sharingan. need i say more .
might guy is the best then if kakashi is considered the best because the record is 50-51 with guy in the lead
