I would have to say Hinata. Due to the fact that shes super shy and needs to build her confidence. but i think that once she has she will be able to kick anyones ass. She's not the heir for nothing you know.

well i havent seen hinata fight in shippuuden yet.But ide still have to say tsunade since she is hokage and all.but if your talking teenager girl it would prolly be sakura(shippuuden sakura of cours)

I believe that once Hinata develops she will be the alpha female of the group. I mean she has the potential to be as powerful as her cousin. Go Hinata.
