    Why do evil characters laugh so much?

    I was rewatching the anime when I noticed that Sasuke was a really quiet guy. As soon as he runs away from Konoha, and Naruto chases after him, he starts laughing. Alot. O_o

    I think they laugh just to maybe give them a twisted sense of hummor. I mean like you said evil characters laugh alot so I think its just to make them seem twisted.
