Grumble Grumble Grumble
The most entertaining, imaginative, and unexpected killing move of all the Dragon Ball series was that scene when the nearly defeated Goku tossed that frog into Captain Ginzu's mind transfer beam...
Definetely Spirit Bomb because the more energy that is gathered up the more powerful the blast is.

it was used 3 times to my knowledge in all the DB series so i cant say
how many times it was used for sure.
I'll be the one to protect you from your enemies and all your demons
I'll be the one to protect you from a will to survive and a voice of reason
I'll be the one to protect you from your enemies and your choices son
They're one in the same, I must isolate you...
Isolate and save you from yourself
its obviosly the destructo disk for the most efficient killing move. it can cut through anything no matter how powerful. the time when krillin threw a destructo disk at cell and it shattered was completely filler.
Spirit bomb, it can destroy almost anything and takes a lot of time to harness. Thus it helps the writers in creating even more great battle sequences with people when the group has to fight to protect Goku when he powers it up.
I would have to say Frieza's Death Beam attack. That'll probably feel like 1000 bullets driving into you at once, ouch. It's quick and efficient, excellent for killing any saiyan HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
