hi, i love Dragon Ball Z, and i grew up with it. it was awesome.
The attacks, the transformations, so many animes took so much from it.
it was one of the best anime, i had ever seen growing up. Just like EmoNightmareRose said about the attacks and the transformations, they where so cool. I still wish that some how I could transformation in real life.

I didn't start watching this anime until the Digitally Remastered and Uncut Season DVD Box Sets started coming out, but I was hooked instantly, and it helped that I had already read AND completed both the Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z manga series.
My most fave character would have to be Teen Gohan, while in SSJ2 form. He's like the ultimate cheat code in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, if you have the right Evolution Z items equipped.
By the way, I have only watched Episodes 1-253 of DBZ (Digitally Remastered & Uncut English Dub), I'm waiting on the Season 9 Digitally Remastered & Uncut DVD Box Set (Episodes 254-291) to be released in the U.S. next month.
