Has anyone made up their own DBZ or DBGT characters?

Anyone made their own DBZ or DBGT characters?
I've made a few myself.

There is : Son Ryu (Goku and Vegeta great-great grandson)
Son Ringo (Ryu's cousin- from his father's side)
Venessa (Ryu's mother- a great granddaughter of Vegeta)
Karattot jr.(Ryu's father- a great grandson of Goku)
Sai Spear (also a Saiyan, childhood friend and later girlfriend)

These are all my characters, so please don't use them without my permisson!!!

I have this plan, but never try any dragon ball z characters.

I used to think of a female saiyan. Mainly because I thought it was overdue, and there should be one that actually kicks ass and can go supersaiyan.
