im going with BUU because goku never beat him actually and when he
was turned into UUB not sure if im speling that right goko even went with
UUB when he was human to train with him so BUU would be the best villian in my
opinon.
Frieza or Buu.
Frieza was the more diabolical.
Buu was the strongest.

Perfect Cell from DBZ 'cause he is everyone combined and Omega Shenron from DBGT 'cause about the most powerful villain in GT.
Well the reason why is because frieza,buu,17 or shenron none of them killed goku but cell did.He's also my favorite villian.
