Goku is the stonger of the sayain because he been trainned or taught by so many teachers and threw time those teacher have taught Goku to contorl his power.. Unlike brolly who is the power and yes that prower is brolly's weak point and vegeta his flaw is that he is full with pride in each fight
of he is from nobilty after all and goku does not have the flaws that Vegeta, and bolly has so that is why he is the stonger of his race.

If you mean Manga wise, it was stated that Gohan was the strongest, but if GT and Super Saiyan 4 is brought into the equation, then I guess Goku and Vegeta would tie. I say Gohan, though, cause GT wasnt that awesome to me.

In the anime, Goku was the strongest and in the manga, Gohan was the strongest. It basically depends on what you're going with that determines which Saiyan is the most powerful.
Brolly is the strongest, the end. He got bored on Earth and left, if he came back Goku will die, he's probably far passed SS4 by now.
