Retlin looks at sadie. 'She knows when to get serious... good.' he thinks. "Honestly, it's probably about our first orders as a newly ordained squad." Retlin says as he stands there quitely. "Missions and such to be doled out to each of our few members right now. Although, i have to wonder why Captain Commander yamamoto felt the need to make a new squad."
Walking up he softly taps on the captains door to let him know that they were there and waited to be admitted.

waiting a few moments for the captain to grant them permission to enter sadie became anxious. The captain had said an hour... he should be here. She tried to sense where his riatsu was but couldn't find it. 'i have to find out how he hids his riatsu so well. Be good for my kind of work.'
finally getting impatient. "OOYYEEE... captain!!" She raised her voice while tapping on the sliding door.
Looking over at retlin he just stood there. "well, i guess we can get our talk out of the way while we wait. You and i need to spar together, i can help you with your shunpo. And well you can help me with any problems you might see with my fighting style. Besides we are both students of the shihouin clan...technically." She said with a smile.
While waiting for the captain Retlin doesn't even look at sadie. "That would be good, and i can tell you one problem you have though i dont know if it will change during a real fight. You are too....ditzy...i believe is the word. Are you going to act like that when lives are on the line?"
He didn't want to be mean.. especially with the first woman that would even come near him without fearing what he might do.

"well, i can't really help how i act.. its how i am." Sadie said with a sad look on her face. "But no, i wont act like that during a real fight. You can ask Soi Fong about that."
Looking out away from the captains room she smiled. "I never thought i would be a LT.. honestly i thought i failed badly in the tests, what about you? how did you do?"
"You both did very well on the tests you both even each other up to now!?" said Kyo standing right behind them now wearing he's captain kimono. "Sorry im late i was talking to captain Yamamoto about are test and the mission details." said Kyo as he's door slides open by its self and starts to walk in the room.
retlin just nods and follows him into the room quietly. He had a lot of questions to ask but didn't know how to ask them.
One of the questions included how he hit so much riatsu so well from the trained shinigami that now made up his squad. The only time retlin had heard of a riatsu completely disappearing was with that cloak that urahara made.
'those questions will have to wait... he said something about a mission.' He thought to himself.

!? ( Ryu's pendant starts to glow) So the captian has returned. maybe we finally might get a mission. I'am REALLY starting to get bored noone wants to train or nothing. AM I AN INVISIBLE WALL OR SOMETHING!? Ryu yells.
*HMPH* This is a total drag. I hope we have a mission cause all this sitting around is making me bored.
I guess the old man was right about me being impatant. *smirks*
