Rpex reloaded his gun and fired again. They were coming to fast, he switched to his pump action shotgun. He ran forward screaming, he shot the first one in the face. he pulled out his knife and cut the next ones throat. He pumped the next shot and shot the next one.

The half-breed staggered through lower the Kansai Region with a cloak draped desperately over his head and back with one of his clawed hands clasping it closed near his cheat while his other hand was firmly holding onto a wooden spiraling cane. He was completely alone; he couldn’t even feel the presence of another living thing within a few miles in all direction; animals, people, infected; none of them were even remotely close: The half-breed has long since trained his senses to pick up on the smallest changes in the air, on the ground, even deep within his very body.

Alberio once looked better, even handsome in some peoples’ eyes, but now… he was malnourished, his skin sagged in all the wrong places, his fur was crumpled, forming split-ends like no tomorrow, and his face was sunken in deeply so that it was nothing short of a miracle that he was still alive.

Or was it even a miracle…?

His body was infected with the same very infection that took America and most of the world by storm, killing almost all of them with excruciating pain. However, somehow the infection, instead of killing Alberio, bonded with his body and began to co-exist with him. The day Cyberus infected him was like a prolonged nightmare from which he could never awaken from.

Alberio’s eyes scanned his surroundings suddenly. For miles all around him there was nothing but flatlands with a few scattered patches of trees and foliage, a stream or two, and on the faint distance in the East the outline of Mount Fuji. All around him the night was in full swing.

Tied to his back was a bulky object.

The half-breed continued walking as if nothing with the world was wrong, that he wasn’t infected.

Turk roared as he killed the last mutated creature, He snorts his nose from such unworthy opponents, he looks around for more, but apparently the rest of them retreated, "We better leave before they come back and this time...alot more. I'm running out of ammo as it is." he shouldered his weapon and takes out the empty clip. He stares at it for a minute then loads his last clip. "You two find the base and find your rest, I"m on my own from here." he turns to one direction and takes carefull steps as he leaves.

Rpex watched Turk walk away as he reloaded his shotgun. He turned to the girl and said, "Well i guess you are with me. You got a name or am i just going to call you girl all the way to the base." Rpex turned around waiting on the girl to follow him.

He wondred how is fair Russia was doing, last time he set foot on her he just told of his commander off and hit his best friend in the face for trying to stop him from leaving. He turned back to Layla and pointed to her Rifle, "You any good with that?" he said.
